Mission Statement
"The International Sail and Power Association is a non-profit
organization dedicated to the training of both sail and power boat
operators, on the water, with an emphasis on safe handling and
skillful use of pleasure craft."
Mandate
The mandate of the Association is to act as the certification body in
the interests of the certification program and the Association, update
and maintain the standards set out in the logbook and require the
standards be met.
